I will never change you, I will never ask you to change yourself. I only want for you to be comfortable in your own existence, to love with your own heart the depths of your own soul, the darkness no one will see, and the hatred no one can accept The only thing I want from you is the self acceptance of your perfectly imperfect beauty shining through the cracks, the divots, and the gaping holes that life has given. I want to see the pattern in the broken pieces, the frightening magnificence in the gaping holes, the tenderness in the open wounds, and the toughness in scars of old All I want in return is the same. |
